about those who live beyond the threshold. All doors from Old World Kitchens and Baths, LLC are built using
old fashioned, time proven techniques such as mortise-tenon and dovetail joinery. The carving is ALWAYS done by hand. Our
artisans NEVER use any type of machine carving ( computer guided ) mass production process. Old World
Kitchens and Baths, LLC build our doors with highest quality hardwoods - Mahogany, Oak and Cherry. Old World Kitchens and
Baths, LLC never use any kind of fillers, composites or plywood. Our doors are always 100% hardwood.
The minimum thickness of our doors is at least 2.5 inches or greater ( typical door is 1.75" thick ). Being that thick
our doors are not only stronger and more secure but also offer more stability. These massive works of art will compliment
your house and will add a lot of value. Weight of our doors is at least 250 - 300 pounds - Old World Kitchens and
Baths, LLC uses 4 highest quality ball bearing hinges ( compare to other manufactures that use only 3 hinges ).
95% of our door orders are complete pre- hung sets ( complete door entrance unit ) to ensure the same heavy duty construction.
Due to different thickness of a door units we prefer to factory pre-install lock-sets. Thresholds are always matching hardwood

ALL Custom Hand Carved Hardwood Doors are made in Central Europe. It takes 6-8
months to complete every order. All special orders for Hand Carved Hardwood Doors must be paid in advance and ARE NOT refundable.
